To that end, I chose the 5G color, which is a medium golden brown. The pics showed an undertone of red and got a really good result. The instructions say 10 minutes, but if you’re doing this to cover grey hair, leave it on a little longer. One time I left it on for just 10 minutes and some of my grey hair was still very grey.
