Laying the Deck Generally speaking, teak decking is either laid directly onto the deck substrate (fibreglass, wood, aluminium or steel). How do you attach teak to fiberglass?
After cleaning the surface with acetone, alcohol or thinner wait for evoporaiton and apply a coat of epoxy and let it dry. You can later apply a second coat of epoxy and attach them to the fiberglass.
