What happens if Terminix cancels the purchase agreement?
This authorization will remain in effect until the fifth business day following Terminix’s receipt from Purchaser of a written notice to cancel such authorization. Purchaser understands that cancellation of this authorization does not cancel Purchaser’s obligations under this Agreement.
