Better sensors and fancier lenses are bringing up overall image quality and performance and the quality of controls and viewfinders put plenty of expensive SLRs to shame. It’s wonderful to see that the Panasonic LX100 is one of the best premium compact cameras I’ve ever seen, even if it is almost two years old now.
