What voids NZXT BLD warranty?
Any modifications to your System that are not authorized in advance by NZXT in writing, including without limitation overclocking or underclocking the GPU and/or CPU, will void the Guarantee with respect to that System.
Does NZXT have a return policy?
NZXT.com Store Returns/Exchange Policy Eligible products qualify for a refund or exchange only with an authorized RMA number and the item is returned to the NZXT.com Store inventory within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not allowed beyond 30 days of the purchase date.
How does the NZXT warranty work?
NZXT computer cases, temperature meters, fans, accessories, and cables carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for parts and labor. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
Can you return a NZXT BLD?

Upgrading your system’s RAM (random access memory) is one of the easiest hardware upgrades you can do to make your computer faster. BLD currently only uses DDR4 RAM in the pre-built systems, so BLD customers must make sure to only buy DDR4 RAM in order for it to be compatible with their build.
Does NZXT cover leaks?
Should our Kraken all-in-one liquid cooler leak due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace or refund you the cost of the damaged parts as per our limited warranty policy. Valid proof of purchase for the Kraken and the damaged parts are required.
Can I cancel my order NZXT?
